Regional Gross Domestic Product in the European Union 2004 - Issue number 104/2007 This Statistics in focus analyses the structure of regional Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the European Union in 2004. The analysis focuses on a comparison among the regions for the year 2004. For the first time convergence between regions is assessed with three different methodological approaches. Mid-term developments are illustrated by way of a comparison of the situation in 1999 with the year 2004.
